Jonathan P. Barnes Mr. Barnes represents Halyard on the Boards of Stratex, The Aberdeen Group and OneSource Virtual and previously served on the Boards of Datamyx, EducationDynamics, Women’s Marketing, Inc., Engauge Marketing, LLC and TRANZACT. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Barnes was an Analyst at Aragon Global Management, a long/short equity hedge fund affiliated with Tiger Management. Mr. Barnes began his career in Morgan Stanley's Media Corporate Finance Group and subsequently worked at Consolidated Press Holdings, a Sydney, Australia based private investment company. Mr. Barnes received an M.B.A with honors from Columbia Business School and a A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University.
Bruce A. Eatroff Mr. Eatroff is the managing partner of Halyard Capital. Mr. Eatroff has a broad spectrum of private equity investing experience across the technology enabled services industries including Human Capital Management, Digital and Direct Marketing and IT/Cybersecurity Services. He represents Halyard on the Boards of TI Health, OneSource Virtual and Focal Point Data Risk and previously sat on the Boards of Jun Group, Datamyx, Tranzact, Presidio, Engauge, EducationDynamics, Hanley Wood and Impremedia. Mr. Eatroff has been a featured speaker and panelist at over fifty industry events and conferences. He has over twenty years of Wall Street experience including senior positions at Goldman Sachs, UBS Securities, and CIBC World Markets. Mr. Eatroff received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.A. with honors from Lafayette College.
Jonathan Grad Mr. Grad joined Halyard in 2019. Prior to joining Halyard, Mr. Grad worked as an investment banking associate at Stifel where he focused on a variety of transactions including M&A and debt and equity financings. Mr. Grad graduated cum laude from Bucknell University with a BSBA in Accounting and Financial Management.
Robert B. Nolan, Jr Mr. Nolan is the founding partner of Halyard Capital and chairs the Investment Committee for the two respective funds totaling more than $600 million. He represented Halyard on the Boards of EducationDynamics, Practice Insight, Digital Fortress. Jun Group, Engauge Marketing, LLC, Women’s Marketing, Inc., American Consolidated Media, Inflow, North Dakota Holdings, and TRANZACT. From 2001 until January 2006, he was the CEO of the BMO Private Equity Group, overseeing an investment portfolio with $1 billion in capital. Previously, he was Managing Director and Head of Media & Telecommunications Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets. Prior to CIBC, Mr. Nolan was Telecommunications Group Head at UBS Securities. He also worked for nine years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Telecommunications, Media & Technology Group. Mr. Nolan is a member of the New York and Washington, D.C. Bar Associations. Mr. Nolan received a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and a B.S / B.A. from Georgetown University. Mr. Nolan is a member of the McDonough School of Business Board of Advisors.
