Halyard has developed a significant network of seasoned executives through its years of experience in the Focus Sectors. Halyard utilizes the operating partners in a variety of capacities including deal sourcing, due diligence, executive sponsorship, and Board of Director and Board of Advisor roles.

Halyard combines its executive sponsorship initiative with a proactive approach to sector and company identification, resulting in a targeted and thesis driven investment approach. This approach has allowed Halyard to acquire companies at attractive valuations through negotiated sales processes and together with sponsored executive teams, we have been able to interest business owners in joining a larger platform with a well thought-out strategy. As a result, Halyard has developed a number of platform companies creating value through execution of organic and external growth strategies.
